This favourite Margaret River varietal has been made from the “Mendoza” clone of Chardonnay, renown for producing some of our region’s finest wines.
The clone produces berries of differing sizes “hens and chicks” that give rise to greater flavour intensity than other clones, due to the higher skin to juice ratio. The grapes in this wine are grown in one of our southern vineyards in the Karridale sub region.

Bright pale straw in colour with a slight golden hue. The aroma is fresh and complex, showing white peach, nectarine and citrus zest, supported by subtle notes of nougat and grapefruit. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, combining fresh stone-fruit flavours with precise acidity and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Oak is seamlessly integrated, adding savoury nuance while lifting passionfruit and grapefruit through the finish. A fine mineral edge adds tension and length.
