Do you offer local pickup?

Is local delivery an option?
Unfortunately, local delivery is not available at this stage.

What are your shipping fees?
We charge a $12 flat fee for shipping a 6-pack of wine to all states except Western Australia. Shipping is free within WA. For all other states, shipping is free when you purchase a 12-pack (case).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by state and region, generally it takes 5-10 days (less for orders within WA)

Can I mix and match bottles in a single order?
Not yet, this is something we are currently working on offering.

Do you offer gift packaging?
At this stage, we do not offer gift packaging, but all orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Are your wines available in stores?
Yes, our wines are stocked in select bottle shops throughout Western Australia, please use our: Stockist app

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order or the wine is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We do not offer returns.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order is shipped.

Where are your wines made?
All our wines are proudly crafted in the Margaret River region, using fruit from our estate vineyards and select premium sites across the region.

Can I visit your winery?
Currently, we do not have a cellar door or tasting room.
