Est. 2018, Margaret River

Winemaker's Tasting Notes:

"The palate is delicate and delightful, full of crisp citrus acidity with flavours of tangerine and stone fruit presiding"

The 'Mendoza' clone is renowned for producing some of Margaret River's best chardonnay. It develops "hens and chicks", where the berry size is uneven and on average smaller, producing rich and intense wines.

Cellaring: Drinks beautifully now and will maintain its quality for 6 years

Alcohol Content: 13.1%

Production Method: Combined with 100% wild and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak, this wine delivers striking and delicious creamy vanilla aromas.
