Winemaking: pH:3.21, TA:6.3, Residual Sugar: 1.5g/l
Production Method: Individual parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were vinified separately then blended carefully to produce this classic Margaret River easy drinking style. Fermented cool in stainless steel.
