These well-aged, mature red wines possess a smoothness and elegance that we just don’t see anymore, except on the rare occasion when you find something in the back of someone's cellar.
Against the trend of producing wines that age faster to reach the market sooner, we have set out to create wines that will age.
We have put them to bed in our temperature-controlled storage facility and are now making them available to the market as beautifully refined and elegant wines.

96 - 100: Exceptional quality exhibiting highest level of concentration and complexity.
93 – 95: Outstanding quality showing varietal purity and exemplifying regional type.
89 - 92: Excellent quality showing high level of concentration and balance.
85 - 88: Very good quality displaying attractive flavours and good balance.
81 - 84: Good quality, easy drinking with straightforward flavours.
