Tasting Notes: A balance of fruit, herbal and leafy notes. Vibrant and bright with flavours of ripe passionfruit, gooseberry and lychee. Ripe fruit flavours are balanced with a refreshing lemon acidity.
Terrior: The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Rainbow Farm, located southeast of Karridale in southern Margaret River. It is very close to the Southern Ocean and is probably one of the best situated Margaret River vineyards for aromatic white wine production. The Semillon comes from Ridge Farm situated in the Wilyabrup sub region in the central northern part of Margaret River.
Cellaring: Ready to enjoy now and will maintain its quality for 2-3 years

96 - 100: Exceptional quality exhibiting highest level of concentration and complexity.
93 – 95: Outstanding quality showing varietal purity and exemplifying regional type.
89 - 92: Excellent quality showing high level of concentration and balance.
85 - 88: Very good quality displaying attractive flavours and good balance.
81 - 84: Good quality, easy drinking with straightforward flavours.
