Fresh and intense with aromas of white-fleshed stone fruits, ripe citrus and finger limes, supported by a wet gravel minerality that echoes the position of our vineyard near the Indian Ocean. When the wine opens in the glass, interesting notes of lemongrass, kaffir lime and melon develop.
