Terrior: The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Rainbow Farm, located southeast of Karridale in southern Margaret River. It is very close to the Southern Ocean and is probably one of the best-situated Margaret River vineyards for aromatic white wine production. The vineyard is laid out over north-facing slopes of gravelly loams over clay. The microclimate on this property is perfect for growing high-quality Sauvignon Blanc and has provided fruit for many trophy-winning wines over the years.
