Tasting Notes: Subtle and defined palate of black cherry and cassis with olive tapenade notes. An elegant structure of firm and finely grained tannins, providing excellent length.
Terroir: Grapes are harvested from our seven vineyards throughout the Margaret River region. Majority of the fruit in this wine comes from our properties in the Wilyabrup and Yallingup Sub Regions of Margaret River- Abbey Farm, Alan Rock and Ridge Farm. The sites are both about 5km from the Indian Ocean and that have strong red pea gravel loams over clay.
Cellaring: Ready to enjoy now and will maintain its quality for 2-3 years

96 - 100: Exceptional quality exhibiting highest level of concentration and complexity.
93 – 95: Outstanding quality showing varietal purity and exemplifying regional type.

81 - 84: Good quality, easy drinking with straightforward flavours.
