Tasting Notes: Floral bouquet with underlying notes of cherries, blue fruit, and supple sweet and savoury spices (cardamom, vanilla, star anise). A crunchy burst of cherry and raspberry is elegantly married with a layer of spice and caramel that supports the medium body and round tannin line.
Terroir: Little Creek is located to the northeast of Cowaramup in the upper catchment of the Carbunup River valley. The vineyard has a lovely northern aspect, with gravelly loam soils, making it suitable for growing Chardonnay and Merlot. The vineyard features a north-south row orientation, and being in the central part of the Margaret River region, the site provides great options as the seasons vary.
