Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour, with aromas of red berries carry through to the palate, enhanced by sweet vanilla oak. This wine is both elegant and full-bodied, offering a refined expression of Shiraz. With soft tannins and a clean finish, it is beautifully well-structured. Ben Rector
Terroir: Grapes are harvested from Ridge Farm, located in Wilyabrup in the heart of the Margaret River region. Ridge Farm has a notable track record for producing high-quality Shiraz. Our vineyard is situated on a gentle north-facing slope, protected by native forests on the southern side and benefiting from the cooling sea breeze coming in from the southwest.
