80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon
Region: Margaret River
Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour, with tropical nuances of passionfruit and guava. Rich and fruity with a natural sweetness that feels balanced, focusing more on the flavours of ripe fruit than on sweetness. The usual grassy notes of a Semillon are very subtle here, allowing the tropical fruit flavours to stand out. A classic Margaret River wine that highlights the taste of the fruit. Ben Rector
Terroir: The Sauvignon Blanc is from two of our properties in the Karridale sub region. Both blocks have rows orientated north south and have strong gravelly loams for our premium selection of H5 V10 clone. The Semillon comes from Ridge farm in the Wilyabrup sub-region.
