100% Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Margaret River
Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour, with aromas of tropical nuances of passionfruit, guava and rockmelon are so vivid you can almost see them in the glass. Tangy, nectarine-like flavours leap from the glass. The fruit takes centre stage as a Sauvignon Blanc should. Ben Rector
Terroir: The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Rainbow Farm, located southeast of Karridale in southern Margaret River. It is very close to the Southern Ocean and is probably one of the best-situated Margaret River vineyards for aromatic white wine production. The vineyard is laid out over north-facing slopes of gravelly loams over clay. The microclimate on this property is perfect for growing high-quality Sauvignon Blanc.
Wine Review by Sam Kim, Wine Orbits: Intensely aromatic, the wine shows green rockmelon, fresh fig, kaffir lime and white floral characters, followed by a exuberant palate that's filled with bright fruit flavours backed by crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. At its best: now to 2027. Points 93
Cellaring: Ready to enjoy now and will maintain its quality for 2-3 years
