This wine was born from a blend of estate grown muscat and a touch of shiraz from one of our properties in the Carbunup sub-region. Picked in the early cool of the morning, just before sunrise and moved quickly to the winery to preserve the delicate light coral pink colour.
Varietal: 98% Muscat, 2% Shiraz
Winemakers Tasting's Notes: "The wine shows you intense and vibrant aromatics of rose petals and orange blossom, with hints of lychee, grapefruit zest, juicy peach and apricot. It is light bodied and refreshingly crisp when entering the palate. Flavours of strawberry cream, white peach and hints of musk stick. Clean mineral finish with soft acidity and lingering floral notes" Damon Eastaugh (Flying Fish Cove)
