100% Shiraz
Region: Margaret River
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour, with aromas of dark cherries and liquorice that follow through to the palate. The oak is seamlessly integrated, adding depth while allowing the fruit flavours to shine. A sophisticated expression of Shiraz. Ben Rector
Terroir: Grown on the Butler Crest Estate in the heart of Wilyabrup. The Shiraz selection grown here is a WA selection that has smaller berries and bunches than many of the other clones of Shiraz grown in Margaret River. The site allows for early warming soils and protection from spring storms. The rows in the Shiraz are orientated East-West.
Cellaring: Drinks beautifully now and will maintain its quality for 3-5 years
