Winemakers Tasting's Notes:
"Medium yellow in colour, with aromas of peach, honeysuckle, and lime that carry through to the palate. Oak barrel aging imparts notes of vanilla with a hint of char, adding a toasty complexity. The result is a Chardonnay that offers a full-bodied and rich expression of the varietal" Ben Rector
Vineyard: Single Vineyard. Grapes are harvested from one of our own vineyards, Ridge Farm, located in the heart of Wilyabrup.
Cellaring: Drinks beautifully now and will maintain its quality for 4–6 years
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Production Method: 10 months in French Oak Barriques, 30% new oak, 70% with 1 and 2 year old barrels
