- Lovely sweet cherry and cream. Nice structure, good length.
Soft finish persists in the mouth. Well integrated ripe tannins.
- Winemakeing
- Each parcel of fruit is gently crushed into small open fermenters with
traditional heading down boards where fermentation is carried out
under strictly controlled temperature conditions. Gentle extraction is
achieved by the draining of wines from skins and returning back over.
Wine is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
