Butler Crest
The Butler Crest Vineyard is located in Wilyabrup, in what is considered the premium location of the Margaret River wine region. Extensive terrain and soil analysis had been conducted prior to planting, ensuring the vines reap rewards from only the very best parcels of land. The Mediterranean climate of Margaret River is ideal for the nurturing of high quality premium fruit, whose quality is passed on from our vines to your table. Principal red varieties planted are Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, whilst Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc comprise our white varieties.

Night Harvest
Night Harvest has a range of wines that will appeal to both a broadermarket plus a more sophisticated premium wine drinker. Meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard and careful selection and handling in the winery results in a wine that truly reflects the best of the varietal traits that has made Margaret River so renown. The line range of reds and whites are fruit driven wines, while the premium range of wines are matured in selected French Oak barriques for between nine and eighteen months. Further ageing of these wines will enhance there appreciation on consumption.

Feral’s Thirst
Feral’s Thirst range represents our superior quality broader market range. Feral’s Thirst represents value for money quality. All vines are vigorously shoot thinned and selected from sites where the soil and micro climate is perfectly matched to the variety and season. The wines all express true varietal characters. The whites are fermented in stainless steel under temperature controlled conditions, while the reds are fermented in open fermenters. The reds are then pressed gently to avoid over extraction and harsh tannins.
